QBIS Update

QBIS Hosting Provider Migration – NetHouse to ElastX

Som en del av vårt kontinuerliga förbättringsarbete uppgraderar vi under hösten 2026 infrastrukturen bakom QBIS genom att byta hostingleverantör. Vi byter från NetHouse till ElastX som är ISO 27001 och ISO 14001 certifierad. Detta ger oss ännu bättre förutsättningar att leverera fortsatt hög tillgänglighet, stark säkerhet och en plattform som kan utvecklas i takt med våra kunders framtida behov.
Vad innebär detta för er?
• Er tjänst kommer att fungera som vanligt.
• All data kommer fortsättningsvis att lagras och behandlas i Sverige.
• Säkerhetsnivån och vår efterlevnad av GDPR bibehålls.
• Befintliga integrationer och funktioner påverkas inte.
• Ni behöver inte vidta några åtgärder.
Migreringen är planerad att genomföras under helgen 21–22 november 2026. Under denna tid kan QBIS uppleva tillfälliga störningar i tillgängligheten medan underhållet genomförs.

Information Regarding Change of Hosting Provider
As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, we will be upgrading the infrastructure behind QBIS during autumn 2026 by changing our hosting provider. We are moving from NetHouse to ElastX, an ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 certified provider. This change will provide an even stronger foundation for delivering high availability, robust security, and a platform that can continue to evolve to meet our customers' future needs.
What does this mean for you?
• Your service will continue to operate as usual.
• All data will continue to be stored and processed in Sweden.
• Our security standards and GDPR compliance will remain unchanged.
• Existing integrations and functionality will not be affected.
• No action is required on your part.
The migration is scheduled to take place during the weekend of 21-22 November 2026. During this period, QBIS may experience temporary interruptions in availability while the maintenance work is being carried out.
